Rainy season is starting here in San Francisco.  I’m updating my wardrobe with jackets, umbrellas, scarves and sweaters.  Yes, I will be the person in December waddling down the street in a million layers because I’m cold.  I’m pretty sure I need some rainboots though and you know I love an excuse to shop for shoes.

Are these too unpractical? I mean the bow is so cute!

This is the question I asked myself when I moved into our current apartment that does not allow for us to repaint.  What do you do with a black wall?  I recently bought new bedding and did some DIY canvas art, but it still wasn’t coming together for me.

I’ve been admiring yarn wreaths for awhile and like that they don’t have to specifically be for the holidays.  Although, I’m also thinking I may be making one specifically for Christmas this year.  You can add lots of personalization with the colors and little extras.
